Paula Goddard is an author who has held professional positions as a software trainer and technical writer/editor. She has a certification in Entrepreneurship Education. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame of Maryland (formerly the College of Notre Dame of Maryland).

As founder and executive director of Horizons Youth Program, she creates unique and academically enriching programming for both youth and adults. She is the host and producer of the Internet radio show XtarTalk with Paula Goddard; a socio-political show with a pinch of entertainment.

She has always had a fondness for animals and plans to one day return to her animal science/veterinary educational background. Horseback riding, attending live theatre and dancing are some of her favorite hobbies. A lover of Arts and Culture who takes an active interest in politics, she is delighted to reside in a suburban area close to both Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC.

Despite living in the area known as the DMV, she remains a proud Jersey Girl.
